StoreCarts Web Design Company is committed to ensuring the data we receive from you is kept private and confidential. Given the nature of our business and the sensitivity of some of the information, StoreCarts instigated a Privacy Code to ensure customers information is protected. This Privacy Code applies to StoreCarts products, services and customers.

KEEPING IT PRIVATE:

	We limit the release of customer information, only by customer consent or by law.
	We give customers rights to access and correct their personal data.
	We hold employees responsible for our privacy principles.
	We are responsive to customers request for explanations.
	We use information security safeguards.
	We extend these principles to all our business relationships.

SECURITY:

All Canadian Web Stores are bound under new legislation governing E-Commerce in Canada.
This protects buyers from unscrupulous companies and fraudulent transactions.
