certifies that they are at least 19 years old.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available"
basis, without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
No advice or information given by StoreCarts or its employees shall create
a warranty.
StoreCarts reserves the right to modify these policies at any time, revise
or discontinue any or all pricing plans, discounts or options, or any
other aspect of the service at its sole discretion and without prior
notice.
All web pages developed by StoreCarts are based on "template"
designs, with maximum page size and scanned images being eight and
one-half by eleven inches.
Your virtual hosting account may not house web pages for any other person
or organization other than the person or organization that has the account
in their name.
E-mail alias provided is not your personal use one, but is a virtual
e-mail address that is forwarded to your existing e-mail account.
We reserve the option to charge for telephone consultations after the maintenance
period has elapsed.
Services and pricing are subject to change without notice, and there are
no refunds given for advanced payments. All plans are purchased yearly in
advance. Domain name and hosting renewal fees will be due and
payable one year from web site plan application.
Under no circumstances shall StoreCarts be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special punitive, or consequential damages that
result in any way from the customers use of or inability to use the
service, or any part thereof, of the customers reliance on or use of
information services or merchandise provided on or through the service, or
that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files,
errors, defect, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of
performance.
StoreCarts reserves the right to send its customers periodic e-mail
messages outlining new services, features or prices.
StoreCarts makes no representations regarding other web sites accessed
